OUR FINAL DAY at Alaskan Christian College kept us busy until our 5:30 celebration dinner at the Peninsula Conference Center on campus. Dr. Keith Hamilton, President of ACC, and Kenai Penisula Borough Mayor Dave Carey spoke highly of the impact and investment we have made in the lives of students.

Each Forest Park team member was presented with a plaque of thanks from the college. Dick Borgeson was given "magna cum laude" recognition for his work in the architectural design of the center and his dedication to the work of Alaska Christian College.

Keith Hamilton prayed with us and ACC staff members in the counseling center seeking God's watch over the work as it continues. Volunteers from California will be arriving this weekend and others will assist toward the goal of having the facility completed by the time students return to campus in September.

"And I am sure that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work util it is finally finished on that day when Christ Jesus comes back again." - Philippians 1:6
